Two hard runs where I couldn’t really get into a rhythm for longer than a couple minutes. When I did get into the zone, my breathing relaxed and all was wonderful. I see a few things to work on–hydration/fueling and cross training more (yoga, anyone?). My shins are so tender after a run, and my ankles feel like they don’t bend. Any biomechanical suggestions?
